Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules.

Handle correspondence to candidates.
Answer queries by employees and clients.
Serve as the first Aider when necessary.

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning for the organisation
Provide support in HR-related queries from both managers and employees.
Collaborate with Line Managers to develop job descriptions specifications for in-house roles and clients
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
