Job Description 

• Manage / handle huge number of incoming phone calls


• Identify and resolve customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction


• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication


• Provide timely, accurate, valid and complete information to clients


• Set up client meetings.


• Ensure timely feedback is provided to client inquiry and ensure issues are resolved timely
