About the job

• The Head, Credit and Investment would be responsible for all Risk asset and corporate liquidity activities relevant to the business and financial activities of the bank.


• He/she would be grossly responsible for ensuring liquidity by mobilizing funds for the company, appropriately disbursing same via well designed loan products and sales channels, monitoring and executing action plans in achieving overall funds and sales target allocated, as well as overseeing the department and members of the credit/investment team to achieve set objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Finance or any related field


• Knowledge of banking, sales, accounting, and finance


• At least, 7 years of experience in a commercial/MF bank or a financial services sector as a head of credit, liability generation manager, head of sales, head of business or sales manager


• Strong presentation and Negotiation skills


• Verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven experience meeting and exceeding personal and team targets


• Proven experience building and maintaining a strong client base of HNIs
