About the Job



  • As our Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.


Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing our team's calendars

  • Maintain accurate records and manage our database

  • Support our team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and managing documents

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers

  • Handle negotiations and pricing


Requirements



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
