Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing our team's calendars
- Maintain accurate records and manage our database
- Support our team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and managing documents
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers
- Handle negotiations and pricing
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
