Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR to put together job descriptions, prepare job adverts, recruit, check application forms, shortlist, interview, select candidates, onboard new employees, and handle exit interviews.
- Execute HR strategies to support current and future business needs.
- Support other teams with various administrative functions.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Manage facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Manage travel arrangements/appointments for the senior management.
- Maintain and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Participate in payroll administration.
- Organize employee-related activities aimed at improving the company culture.
- Conduct and support employee surveys and identify needs to be addressed.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications/Skills
- Candidate must have a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Management or related discipline.
- MUST have completed NYSC.
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- People-oriented and willing to learn
- HR work experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be a self-starter and be able to think out of the box.
Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 monthly
