Job Summary
- The HR Outsourcing Officer is responsible for supporting the HR Outsourcing Manager in providing HR outsourcing services to clients.
- This includes recruitment and selection, managing employee records, preparing payroll, administering benefits programs, providing customer service to clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Support all stages of recruitment (internal and outsourced) by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, facilitating interview sessions, performing reference and background checks, and conducting new-employee orientations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Maintain digital and electronic records of internal and outsourced employees.
- Administer employee disciplinary action and termination of employees in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Review and revise HR policies, and contracts as necessitated by law, company policies, and clients’ peculiar requirements.
- Respond to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and other issues.
- Effectively manage the Staff Health Insurance scheme.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Support the completion of all administrative tasks required upon exit, retirement, contract completion, or termination of all employees.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all outsourcing, secondment positions
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR outsourcing or a related field
- Experience in general HR including recruitment and maybe outsourcing services.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently and on a team.
- Good knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and labour law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary
- Salary: N100,000 Net Monthly.
