• Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety & security of all students in the boarding house.


• Provide care & support to students, including emotional support & guidance.


• Monitor & manage the day-to-day running of the boarding house.


• Maintain accurate records of students, & report any concerns to the school management.


• Liaise with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of the boarding house.


• Organize & oversee social & recreational activities for students in the boarding house.


• Ensure that all health & safety regulations are adhered to in the boarding house.


• Maintain a welcoming & supportive environment for all students.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE qualification.


• At least 3+ years of experience working in a boarding school environment, in a similar role


• Female.


• 40 - 50 years old.


• Christian.


• A caring & empathetic personality, with a passion for working with young people.


• Previous teaching experience.


• Excellent organizational & administrative skills.


• Good communication skills, & the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, & other members of staff


• Nursing experience will be an advantage.
