You have:



  • A degree in a relevant field

  • At least one year experience in a customer service role

  • Computer literate, familiar with CRM tools

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Luganda, Twi, or Swahili.

  • Excellent Listening skills

  • Patient and above-average emotional intelligence

  • Attention to detail and organized.


You'll Be Doing:



  • Deal directly with customers through telephone, email, live chat, social media, etc.

  • Handle and respond promptly to customer complaints/inquiries.

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
