At least one year experience in a customer service role
Computer literate, familiar with CRM tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Luganda, Twi, or Swahili.
Excellent Listening skills
Patient and above-average emotional intelligence
Attention to detail and organized.
You'll Be Doing:
Deal directly with customers through telephone, email, live chat, social media, etc.
Handle and respond promptly to customer complaints/inquiries.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
