Greymate Care is Actively Recruiting a Networks & Supply Acquisition Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Driving process improvements to scale and increase efficiency across partner supply chains.


• Leading our partner acquisition strategy, including liaising with the sales teams to deploy local partner marketing campaigns, and using strategic incentives to ensure increase of local partners.


• Managing key relationships with numerous third-party service providers across partner supply sources.


• Keeping track of local market conditions and supply & demand and adjusting marketing efforts accordingly.


• Provide data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions. Set up and maintain partner feedback channels.


• Enforce technology adoption, training, assessments & performance evaluations of the team.


• Manage the full process end to end, partner acquisition, coming up with smart strategies for acquisition, and being able to take partner acquisition ideas and implement them.


• Setup and manage the supply team, key account and business managers and implement the supply strategy across the country.


• Track and document performance KPIs and data across operation channels such as partner onboarding partner supply, supply retention. supply availability and churn rate while ensuring KPIs are met.


• Supervise supply activities and partner account managers, identifying and resolving problems experienced by the supply team in due time.


• Work with the Business team and finance team to ensure monthly GTVs are met.


• Successfully execute partner onboarding projects across regions in the country that will lead to supply growth.
