About The role:
- The individual will ensure that the sales and field operations teams are well-equipped to meet the needs of the organization and to achieve its sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collate, Analyse, and execute day-to-day training needs in the sales and field operations teams.
- Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel emphasizing Train the Trainer programs.
- Systematically collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the emergent issues during the process including delivery methodology and satisfaction levels.
- Generate results, continuously measure trainees' performance after the session and propose changes where necessary.
- Coordinate with external trainers whenever required.
- Execute Training of Trainers programs for TLs, TSM & RSMs.
- Stay up to date with the BURN manufacturing training curriculum & training content.
- Liaise with senior training officer on day-to-day training needs of sales and field operations teams, propose remedial actions and follow up for remedial actions.
- Knowledge of the carbon market, the causes of climate change and its global effects, and the passion for discussing environmental issues will be a plus.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a trainer
- Well-versed in the local country’s geography, main languages, and culture
- Superior communication skills
- Very good at working with G-suite/MS Word.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country (up to 50% travel) E – Excellent reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience as a Trainer of Trainers would be added.
- Experience working with a Knowledge Management Platform (KMP) or Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience working in an FMCG environment is an added advantage.
- Exposure to or understanding the carbon operating environment is an added advantage.
