Job Objectives:



  • To increase business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

  • Generate lead by researching and analyzing sales options for the execution of strategies to enhance key performance indicators that drive revenue.

  • Ability to Manage customer experience, consistently exceed customer expectations and show commitment to Xpress Payments Solutions Limited Values.


Responsibilities:



  • Sell company’s products/services and win new business from clients.

  • Manage relationships with clients to grow the existing business and create leads for new business opportunities.

  • Understand client business and regularly gather information on their needs.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and meet assigned revenue target.

  • Liaises with other internal stakeholder departments in the preparation of documents i.e. Service Level Agreements, Business Agreements.

  • Resolves all business, technical and operational challenges faced by clients by liaising with relevant stakeholders within the company.

  • Prepare internal/external correspondences such as memos, letters, proposals, presentations, etc.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of customers’ complaints and request/enquiry.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of all presales and sales activities.

  • Attending and follow up to ensure service failure related issues with clients are resolved.
