The HRBP is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources services to the business in the designated location.
This involves implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, managing the performance management process, implementing the manpower plan for the designated location, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Undertake the development, review, and implementation of human resource management policies, practices, and procedures that optimize productivity, adaptability, and conformance to legal requirements
Identify resourcing issues, build manpower plans for the location; coordinate workforce supply and demand, replacements, recruitments, and retentions
Implementing a range of HR policies, initiatives, work programs, and specific projects within agreed timescales and budgets
Provide support to the companies’ Training Academy in the area of operation
Develop and launch strategies to pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio of client’s business
Enforce the HR policies, processes, and procedures
Administering and interpreting various labor agreements, and administering grievance procedures.
Oversee the company’s performance reviews in the area of operation, linking individual performance to organizational outcomes, values, and core competencies
Contribute to the achievement of team and organizational objectives
Working in partnership with the HR Transaction teams at Headquarters to ensure that the appropriate operational HR functions are delivered to employees in the area of coverage
Provide responsive and high-quality specialist advice supporting managers on all aspects of the human resources function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues
Requirements:
HND/BSc in a relevant discipline
3 - 5 years experience in HR Operations in a security firm or related business
Or 3 - 5 years experience as an HR Officer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Conversant with labor laws and regulations
Good knowledge and experience in employee and industrial relations
