Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service.


• Welcome guests to restaurant.


• Know every item on the menuand present them to guests.


• Take and serve food/drinks orders.


• Arrange tables with proper dinning settings.


• Always keep tables clean and tidy.


• Check products for quality.


• Deliver bills.


• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.


• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.


• Know and manage shifts adequately.


• Report daily activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
