SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a full time young, vibrant, smart, and proactive individual to oversee the human resource functions in order to ensure quality talent planning, reward and engagement in our organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and implement the standard recruitment process by recruiting qualified candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform induction and orientations session for new employees and update their records.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, process payroll and resolve any payroll errors with external bodies.
- Coordinate and Implement performance management procedures and Key performance indicators
- Coordinate and schedule online and offline training sessions and seminars for employee using performance/ appraisal results.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews, transfer, discipline, and conflict resolution among employees.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices for better engagement among team members.
- Assist the supervisors to implement marketing campaigns and ideas to better communicate the brand on all social media platforms.
- Maintain digital and manual records of employees.
- Perform other duties as directed by the MD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A first degree in any of the Social Sciences with good planning, organizing interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Must be computer literate, a good knowledge of and experience with Data Analytics will be an advantage.
- Membership of CIPM or CIPM in view is essential
- Be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Related experience in the organization industry is an added advantage.
