We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential customers and generating new leads for our business.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are qualified and converted into paying customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and prospect potential customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and industries
Use various channels to generate leads, including email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Qualify leads and ensure that they meet our criteria before passing them on to the sales team
Track and report on lead generation metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and ROI
Continuously optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting
Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
