About the job

• NXP Registration.


• NXP follow up till to approval status.


• NXP and PO tracking.


• NESS Payment follow up and CCI tracking.


• Follow up - All SGS certificates


• Bulk - Courier booking and dispatching original docs to Dxb/buyer.


• Maintaining export docs and files post shipments.


• Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality, while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing and using data.


• Adhere to the requirements of FSSC, Feed Safety, GMP and QMS as it relates to my job function.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of HND or BSc in relevant field


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar role


• Solid understanding of export procedures


• Great communication and interpersonal skills
