Job Brief



  • We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant who can offer tailored secretarial and administrative support in a timely, well-organised manner.

  • You will work one-on-one with the manager on a variety of tasks related to the manager's work life and communication.


Responsibilities



  • Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external clients

  • Managing senior management's internal and external correspondence.

  • Assist with time management on a daily basis. Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation

  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

  • Run errands as requested.


Necessary Skills and Background



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • Proven work experience 1 - 2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality.


Salary

N50,000 / month.
