Job Brief
- We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant who can offer tailored secretarial and administrative support in a timely, well-organised manner.
- You will work one-on-one with the manager on a variety of tasks related to the manager's work life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external clients
- Managing senior management's internal and external correspondence.
- Assist with time management on a daily basis. Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Run errands as requested.
Necessary Skills and Background
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
- Proven work experience 1 - 2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
