FOR  MARKETING

• The marketing specialist target is to recruit 2,000 marketers


• Once recruited, train them to become professional Marketers in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit talented student marketers.


• Penetrate schools and build influential relationships


• Select candidates with strong understanding of social media and offline marketing


• Provide training to equip potential marketers with necessary skills and knowledge


• Set specific targets for sales and marketing


• Provide resources and guidance to achieve goals


• Ensure motivation towards achieving common goal


• Maintain competitiveness in market.
