  • Day-to-day support of the Uni-Medical Healthcare marketing operations in the Nigeria market. Working on internal and external communications that target Distributors in Nigeria and Africa.

  • Ability to get jobs done to meet realistic deadlines and able to prioritize workload with their line manager. Produce promotional materials to promote the Unigloves brand and product range within the main target markets and be aware of the key target audience.

  • Allocate new product launch activity (launch checklist) within the department and update the project plan.

  • Develop key messages to support new product launches and brief any required collateral in line with the launch checklist.

  • Extract key findings/summary from the monthly SEO, backlinks, and website search reports to create a quarterly action plan.

  • Assist with the input of content (copy) for the Uni-Medical websites, including landing pages, based on SEO findings and other recommendations from Website Ability.

  • Support planned deliverables for selected industry trade events/shows throughout the year.

  • Help in planning support material for key trade customers and in the activation of activity related to the trade marketing budget.

  • Undertake training within HubSpot that will enable effective email marketing, including workflows that allocate tasks for the UK sales team.

  • Organise and activate social media campaigns, LinkedIn is the key channel for our B2B audience.

  • Social media: get engaged with customer inquiries and comments through Facebook (primarily) and LinkedIn.

  • Assist with the distribution of marketing support material and samples to key trade accounts and end users.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Work closely with other departments to better understand and improve on the interaction and use of marketing materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Organised and motivated by new challenges.

  • Able to synthesize information and present it clearly.
