Responsibilities



  • Manage the maintenance and repairs of all company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety of all facilities.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all facilities.

  • Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.

  • Participate in facility-related projects as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
