The inventory Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for providing an accurate stock count, reconciliation reports daily to the Inventory Accounting department.
Duties
Conduct and coordinate the physical stock count and reports stock levels daily and reconcile with accounting software on daily basis across all warehouses.
Conduct verification of physical documents at the warehouses with a computerized (AX) system and generate reports with a security log.
Investigate variances and report to relevant personnel and take corrective action.
Prepares a daily reconciliation report for the warehouse and submits it to Inventory Controller/Head, Accounting department.
Reviews ALL variances on reconciliation report for over or under 100 cases and finds reason for same.
To complete Daily Procedure Checklist and submit reports to Inventory Controller.
To conduct cycle count as required by Inventory Controller.
Settlement and deposit check-backs.
Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: ND.
3 - 5 years work experience.
Knowledge of warehouse and computerized inventory systems (MS AX Dynamics in particular); will be considered an asset.
Microsoft Office Suite - Proficient Level.
Accounting experience or knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
Willingness to work in a loud warehouse setting.
Candidates residing around Ibafo, Asese and Mowe environs are preferred.
