ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is a reputable fast-growing creative company looking for a candidate who can provide high-level administrative support to the management team and CEO. Your role will involve working closely with the CEO to help maximise their time and function as an integral and indispensable part of their life as the creative director of the company. The nature of the work may rely on you staying back and helping/working past work hours or during your days off.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling fittings, meetings and appointments
- Managing the company calendar
- Assist with social media presence, photoshoots etc
- Coordinating meetings and event arrangements
- Handling all customer relation inquiries
- Taking calls and messages
- Organising the office and keeping inventory
- Assist and Represent CEO during meetings, fittings etc
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong educational background in Business Management or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent but can work well in a team.
- Curiosity, Positive, can-do spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms (Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter).
- Knowledge on accounting and business software packages such as Quickbooks.
- Strong administrative and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve and surpass high performance targets within stated timelines.
- Ability to maintain balance and attention to detail.
- Interest in fashion and/or the creative industry

- Quality, Organisation, Administration, Efficiency and completion of tasks within agreed timeline.
REMUNERATION/SALARY
