Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers
Ensure prompt repayment on outstanding and due obligations.
Attend trainings, meetings and sales team performance review sessions for the department on a weekly and monthly basis.
Prompt processing of loan facilities.
Effective collection of all Past Due Obligations (PDOs).
Prompt processing of liquidation of facilities and rollovers.
Effective Relationship Management
Monthly achievement of P & L budgets
Monthly achievement of Balance sheet
Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.
Implement plans for growing client base.
Identify new business opportunities and high value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Appraise risk assets and monitor their disbursement.
Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationship with customers.
Ensure loan loss is in line with recommendations to Risk & Recovery
Ensure Departmental operating cost is within approved budget.
Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with relevant units and follow up on transaction processing to ensure customer instructions are attended to promptly and efficiently.
Maintain adequate records of all transactions in the unit
Follow through on set targets set for generating risk assets thereby creating revenues for the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
BA in marketing or related filed
3-5years of sales experience in an audit/financial industry
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned
Friendly and outgoing personality
Self-starter who can work with little supervision
Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
