RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers

  • Ensure prompt repayment on outstanding and due obligations.

  • Attend trainings, meetings and sales team performance review sessions for the department on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Prompt processing of loan facilities.

  • Effective collection of all Past Due Obligations (PDOs).

  • Prompt processing of liquidation of facilities and rollovers.

  • Effective Relationship Management

  • Monthly achievement of P & L budgets

  • Monthly achievement of Balance sheet

  • Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.

  • Implement plans for growing client base.

  • Identify new business opportunities and high value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Appraise risk assets and monitor their disbursement.

  • Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationship with customers.

  • Ensure loan loss is in line with recommendations to Risk & Recovery

  • Ensure Departmental operating cost is within approved budget.

  • Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with relevant units and follow up on transaction processing to ensure customer instructions are attended to promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain adequate records of all transactions in the unit

  • Follow through on set targets set for generating risk assets thereby creating revenues for the organization


REQUIREMENTS:



  • BA in marketing or related filed

  • 3-5years of sales experience in an audit/financial industry

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communicator.

  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned

  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Self-starter who can work with little supervision

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
