As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the smooth running of all activities, and providing leadership to staff and students.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the academic and social growth of students.
- Provide leadership to staff and students by setting high standards of performance and behavior.
- Ensure that the school's facilities are well-maintained and safe for all users.
- Coordinate and manage school events and programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on school activities and student progress.
- Serve as a liaison between parents, staff, and the community.
- Manage the school's budget and finances.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a School Administrator or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
