Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing, and in-life optimisation for the product.
- Ensure stakeholders have a solid understanding of the product and its capabilities to ensure company-wide success.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Prepare product briefs to ensure the smooth introduction of each new release. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout the release lifecycle.
- Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospective for a cross-functional team. Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by reaching customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Similar duties as assigned by your Head of Department or the CEO.
