About the role:


The Learning & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for advising and influencing parents to enrol their children in our learning programs, as well as engaging parents of learners currently enrolled in our programs. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers and develop strategies for promoting our learning programs.


 


Additionally, the Learning & Engagement Specialist will work with our Customer Support team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for parents and learners throughout their time with us.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Advise and influence parents to enrol their children in our Learning Programs through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

  • Engage parents of learners currently enrolled in our programs through regular check-ins, surveys, and other engagement tools.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting our Learning Programs.

  • Manage the LMS administration and usage, ensuring students have a seamless experience

  • Preparing progress reports of lessons parents of learners

  • Be a lifelong learner and stay abreast of emerging trends in education and customer engagement.

  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for parents and learners.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly lead quotas and sales target

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our Learning Programs and engagement strategies.

  • Work collaboratively with team members using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Excel and other similar software.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in developing learning programs for K-12 students or advising and influencing customers in education or similar industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices.

  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of learning theories and experience developing and delivering effective learning content for K-12 students.

  • Experience with LMS administration and learning technologies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with K-12 students, parents and educators.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.

  • Passion for student development and engagement.
