JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Handle the Inventory Management System of the Company.


• Daily issuance of raw materials and other inventory items


• Material usage reconciliation


• Conduct periodic stock count


• Maintain inventory of all materials and spare parts


• Daily stock balancing


• Set and track materials reorder level


• Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Inventory Reporting.


• Receiving of inventory items after being certified by Quality Control and Internal Control


• Daily receive, review and confirm the quality and specification of every finished goods produced and submitted by the production department


• Store management (stocking and restocking of items, labelling of shelves) etc


• Materials and spare parts receipts and issuance


• Ensure orderly arrangement of finished goods to facilitate ease of storage and retrieval of goods, items and stock.


• Any other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BSC/HND in the related field.


• Experience: 2 – 4 years


• Must be versatile with Microsoft Excel


• Must have completed NYSC.
