Job Description



The Role



  • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.

  • By using a consultative approach to selling, you will be speaking with potential new customers, understanding their tuition requirements, and finding the perfect tutor for their child.

  • You will work closely with the Head of Sales to rapidly grow Edukoya’s tutoring services in a repeatable and scalable way.


Key Responsibilities



  • Familiarize yourself with all Edukoya products.

  • Identify the best package or subscription for each new family and work quickly to close the deal so you can hit or exceed target.

  • Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats.

  • Professionally manage existing customers to actualize retention and referrals.

  • Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM System

  • Upsell and cross-sell all products / services

  • Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target

  • Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes


Qualification and Skills



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND

  • 2-3 years sales experience in the tech/software, education, insurance or FMCG industry.

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Remuneration:



  • Base Salary: N100,000 with commission of unlimited bonus structure on sales

  • N150,000 after 6 months probation period
