Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Filing.
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases.
- Prioritising workloads.
- Organise travel arrangements of the Chairman
- Might sometimes have to travel with the chairman.
Requirements
- OND qualification
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Preferably a female between 20 - 24 years at the time of application
- Must be extremely presentable
- Knowlegde of Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
Remuneration
N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
