Responsibilities



  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.

  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.

  • Filing.

  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

  • Managing databases.

  • Prioritising workloads.

  • Organise travel arrangements of the Chairman

  • Might sometimes have to travel with the chairman.


Requirements



  • OND qualification

  • 1 - 2 years of work experience.

  • Preferably a female between 20 - 24 years at the time of application

  • Must be extremely presentable

  • Knowlegde of Microsoft Office Suite is a must.


Remuneration

N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
