Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.


• Responsible for training and supervising the employees and promote the company culture to staff members.


• Ensure improvement in sales and identify specific sales techniques they might need to improve upon. Monitor numbers and track areas that needs more help than others.


• Ensures customer satisfaction by creating a win-win situation where everyone is satisfied and customers have a good experience shopping in their store.


• Monitoring stock level and checking the availability of the stocks and arrange for the supplies of the inventories in time.

Requirements

• HND or Degree qualification in Business Administration or relevant field.


• 1 - 2 years work experience.


• Prior experience as a shop floor supervisor would be an advantage.


• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Prior experience in Sales.


• Highly organized.
