Job Responsibilities
Below are the required job responsibilities of a Chemical Sales Representative:
- Ability to identify prospective customers.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Generating sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients, and providing adequate quotations and proposals.
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframe.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience.
