Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND


• Experience as a CSO or similar position. (5 years minimum)


• Formal Security Training.


• Must be proficient in developing, planning, and implementing security protocols and procedures.


• Developing and implementing controls to ensure preventive security measures are enforced.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to investigate and report incidents.


• A good relationship with law enforcement is an added advantage.


• Exceptional Leadership Skills and ability to manage personnel.
