Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business process, quality control, or compliance role, preferably in a service industry

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
