Job Description
The individual will be responsible for providing support to clients across all the various products and services offered by Multigate. As a member of the team, the individual must be comfortable managing process and operational improvement initiatives across the company. The candidate will be required to display a high level of autonomy and commitment to delivering quality and impactful work.

Responsibilities
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of all the solutions provided by Multigate
- Manage internal projects by ensuring they stay on track and are effectively prioritized
- Lead key operational improvement strategies and initiatives across the company
- Provide support to Multigate’s clients by managing and resolving issues (technical and non-technical) they may encounter in the course of using our solutions.
- Communicate product feature suggestions and updates based on interaction with the clients to the relevant product managers for planning, design and development.
- Assist with business projects and implementation of new processes.
- Support onboarding process of new clients
- All other duties as assigned by your line manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 years working experience
- Experience in a Strategy, Operations, or Project Management role
- Experience or understanding of the financial services industry is desirable
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to collaborate with other teams and external service providers
- Ability to work under pressure with high volume and tight deadlines
- Excellent excel and computer skills.
