Responsibilities

• Managing all production aspects of the pig farm.


• Working with the existing farm staff as well as training and development programs for existing and new farm staff.


• Making recommendations to improve performance and health of pigs.


• Preparing annual budgets for the management of the farm.


• Bio-security of the Livestock Farm.


• Perform other duties as may be deem fit by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with specialty in Pig Husbandry Management.


• 3+ years Livestock Management especially Pig work experience with a proven track record


• 3+ years experience reporting on expenses and revenue, managing suppliers


• No criminal background, trustworthy


• Strong passion towards agriculture who is ready to take this farmland to the next level.
