Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

  • Negotiate deals and contracts with customers

  • Provide after-sales support to customers

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, engineering, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the machines industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

  • Ability to drive and possses a valid driver's license
