Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits, grievances & performance evaluations
Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.
Computation ofpayroll using relevant data (Attendance,Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
Advising on salary payment based on paygrade and current benchmark
Advising on bonuses, staff engagement events and other benefits
Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Accurate report to management on statutory payment and Statutory payment
Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at earliest possible time
Ensure company compliance to government standard on employee management

Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
Applicants must be familiar with manual salary computation process using excel, and all statutory deductions required for standard payroll preparations
