Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
- Under the supervision of the Area in charge/Area Engineer, the person will be responsible for day to day RMC condition monitoring through vibration, ultrasound, & lubrication analysis.
- This includes performing daily vibration routes, capture and upload data, record other observations and report to engineer.
- Additionally cover all other activities within the spectrum of RMC departmental responsibilities.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform condition monitoring of different category equipment through vibration monitoring, oil analysis.
- Timely reporting of abnormality observed and prepare reports and follow up on repairs.
- Perform audits at user departments to ensure quality of PM, LLF program.
- USE CEMS program to crate, process WO.
- Maintain RMC tools & equipment (vibration analyzers, dynamic balancing machine) in order.
- Inspection of incoming rotating equipment components material at MMD
- Understand machine parts components, systems.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Engineering Diploma in Mechanical with 6 to 7 years of maintenance experience on rotating equipment out of which min 2 years on using vibration based condition monitoring.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: (TECHNICAL & NON-TECHNICAL):
- Knowledge of Mechanical basics is must.
- Good communication skill.
- Computer literate.
- Vibration certification would be an added advantage.

VITAL KNOWLEDGE: (TECHNICAL & NON-TECHNICAL)
- Knowledge of all Mechanical items like bearings, gear boxes, centrifugal pumps, electrical motors, fastening, dimensional measurement, basic understanding of materials, lubricants
