Kadick Integrated Limited is desirous of engaging a full time IT Supervisor. This position is not Hybrid/remote.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems.


• Ensure 99.9% uptime for all solutions


• ·         Coordinate technology installations, upgrades and maintenance.


• ·         Oversee annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness


• ·         Design and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and prevent future problems.


• ·         Ensure that the company does not suffer any unplanned IT related disruptions to operations.


• ·         Evaluate technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

Education and Training

• BSc. degree in Computer Science or related discipline
