We require the services of a Sales & Marketing Manager at Ugochinazom Productions Limited, which is a world-class publishing company with soshare.org as a subsidiary. The company specializes in book publication, marketing, and giveaway stores.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, including marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and acquire leads to boost our online and offline presence and increase sales.

What you will get:

1. The monthly Net salary is between 60k to 120k.


2. Multiple monthly  performance bonuses ( up to 200k depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting the Ugochinazom Productions Ltd and Soshare company and selling books to our wide market.


• Develop and implement online and offline Marketing strategies to generate leads and traffic to the site.


• Follow up with companies to use soshare.org or schools to ensure they buy the books according to target.


• Run social media adverts and measure ROI on campaigns.


• Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.


• Manage and oversee social media content.


• Define and monitor marketing KPIs to track success.


• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


• Report discrepancies and problems to the CEO.


• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


• Provide constructive feedback.


• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.


• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.


• Oversee and manage the creation and launch of new products.

Requirements

• BSc degree in marketing, or a related field


• Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels


• Great copywriting skills
