Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding of the company.
Must love designing in systems, thus, ensuring brand consistency and visual identity across all channels, including digital and print media
Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including website, social media, email marketing, advertisements, brochures, flyers, decks, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and business objectives
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual communication so that the brand's visual identity remains relevant and modern.
Create visual assets such as logos, icons, typography, and color palettes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing materials and products align with the brand's identity.
Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
Manage project timelines and deliver designs within deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
2-3 years of working experience in the fintech industry.
