- Write compelling and informative copy for real estate listings, including property descriptions, feature lists, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of our properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure that all marketing materials are visually engaging and aligned with our brand strategy.
- Research and stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Write and edit blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop sales scripts and other sales support materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all marketing channels that reflects our brand personality and values.
- Ensure that all copy is accurate, error-free, and adheres to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our marketing materials by analyzing metrics and soliciting feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting, marketing, and real estate to continually improve our marketing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication, marketing or any relevant field
- Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
- Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns
- Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
- Proficiency with common office software
- Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
- Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
