About The Role
Supporting our Regional sales teams and leadership you will unlock the full potential of salesforce across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams and leadership to unlock the full potential of Salesforce.
- Close cooperation with Regional Director, Sales Leads and Partner Directors.
- Analysis of the business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities.
- Serving as the regional “owner” of Salesforce and maintaining the hygiene of the platform.
- Work with the global CRM and other regional owners on developing Salesforce further.
- Monitor usage and support teams to ensure necessary inputs within given deadlines.
- Preparation and leading of internal workshops and training.
- Work with finance and controlling to make sure the data is correct and consistent.
- Create and analyze reports and dashboards on Salesforce, Google BigQuery and Looker Studio.
- Provide data backed consultation using Salesforce to create business impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a IT System/Business Analyst or a Salesforce Consultant
- Experience in documenting business processes and requirements
- Great communication skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge
- Good analytical skills
- Very good level of English proficiency 2nd language preferred
- Knowledge regarding IT system lifecycle
- Problem solving attitude and quick learning
- Open minded seeking for innovative solutions
