Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative and project management tasks for Flincap cryptocurrency exchange platform.


• Ensure that all project operations are running smoothly and efficiently.


• Train and manage project team members.


• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Analyze market trends and make recommendations to improve the platform.


• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and upgrades.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.


• At least three years of experience in project management or related field.


• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.


• Previous experience in related fields is preferred.
