  • Our client is urgently looking for a proactive Facility Manager with minimum of six years experience to join their team.


Duties



  • Drive facilities management (FM) operations and ensure adherence to FM standards and schedules

  • Ensure the integrity of assets, develop and implement HSE standards

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth running of daily activities (security, janitorial/cleaning, farm ambience

  • Generate monthly and quarterly data on spend analysis

  • Ensure the organization’s adherence to standard workplace safety standards

  • Work closely with Group Procurement & Admin to ensure collaboration and standards of operations

  • Manage the organization’s relationship with external agencies /service providers in line with the firm’s established practices and procedures


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience
