Manage parking facilities, including directing traffic, collecting payments, and issuing parking tickets
Monitor parking equipment and systems, such as meters, pay stations, and access control devices, to ensure proper functioning
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide assistance as needed
Perform routine inspections of parking facilities and equipment to ensure they are clean and in good condition
Collaborate with other parking associates to ensure that parking facilities are adequately staffed and that operational issues are addressed in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and payments, and prepare reports as needed
Enforce parking rules and regulations, and take appropriate action when violations occur
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to parking operations and customer service
Participate in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practicesPrevious experience in customer service or parking operations is a plus
Requirements
1 - 2 years experience in any related field and/or Consulting practice with a credible organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to changing priorities
