- The Sales Manager will develop, implement and evaluate sales strategies and objectives, monitor the sales performance across all subsidiaries and recommend product or service enhancement that can improve sales.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets across board and contribute significantly to meeting the targets.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan.
- Oversee all sales activities.
- Monitor the sales performance of across all subsidiaries.
- Meet planned sales goals.
- Analyze sales figures, interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profit.
- Assist with the selling of products and services to maximize sales.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Analyzesales datato identify trends in customer preferences.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in a Business-related discipline.
- MBA in Business Development is an advantage.
- Atleast 5 years’experience insalesandoperations, with a minimum of 3yearsina supervisoryorleadershiprole.
- Experience in fashion, life style and hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
- Ability to effectively utilize CRMand MS officetools to monitor performanceand give reports
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication.
