  • The Sales Manager will develop, implement and evaluate sales strategies and objectives, monitor the sales performance across all subsidiaries and recommend product or service enhancement that can improve sales.


Duties / Responsibilities



  • Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets across board and contribute significantly to meeting the targets.

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan.

  • Oversee all sales activities.

  • Monitor the sales performance of across all subsidiaries.

  • Meet planned sales goals.

  • Analyze sales figures, interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profit.

  • Assist with the selling of products and services to maximize sales.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Analyzesales datato identify trends in customer preferences.


Skills and Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND in a Business-related discipline.

  • MBA in Business Development is an advantage.

  • Atleast 5 years’experience insalesandoperations, with a minimum of 3yearsina supervisoryorleadershiprole.

  • Experience in fashion, life style and hospitality is a plus.

  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.

  • Ability to effectively utilize CRMand MS officetools to monitor performanceand give reports

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication.

  • Great negotiation skills.

  • Project Management skills.

  • Good attention to details.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
