The Human Resources Associate will support the HR department in various aspects of human resources management.
He will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and hiring process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or related field.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
