Job Summary



  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Compensation and Benefits Human Resource Officer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives

  • Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure our programs remain competitive and attract top talent

  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party benefits providers

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compensation and benefits data

  • Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits issues and questions


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration

  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations

  • Excellent data analytical skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
